Gotta love the Giants!!

I love the Giants! Always have and always will! They won the super bowl!!! yay! I watched the Superbowl today with my mom's family. We had some awesome food including some delicious twice baked potatoes that my dad made. I'll have to put the recipe on here so that I don't forget it. Nothing better that potatoes and cheese! Overall I had a fantastic Sunday filled with an excellent testimony meeting, fantastic food, and much needed family time. Now if only I had made time to memorize the rest of The Canterbury Tales. I guess it's a good thing that it isn't due till Tuesday!

Dates are just so stinkin' fun! Yesterday I went on a date with Michael. The other couple was Lindsay and Jordan (I'm pretty sure that they are going to get married some day.) Anywho, we went mini golfing and it was a blast-and-a-half! I even got a hole-in-one! We played this game where if you were the last person to get your golf ball into the hole you had to play the next round with only one hand. Sometimes it seemed like playing with one hand was actually an advantage! I managed to only hit my ball into the water once. I felt quite accomplished. After golfing we went to this play ground by my house and played some games. When we played tether ball Michael hit me in the face twice!!! Ouch. He also broke my sister's Frisbee. Even though there were a couple of mishaps, it was an incredibly fun afternoon and I loved getting to know Michael better. Dates are just so much fun!!

This is just the beginning.

I'm going to try this. I don't really expect anyone to follow me, but I figure that I get on the computer more often than I make time to write in my journal so this would be a good way to document my life. I'm going to write about silly little (sometimes big) things that happen in my life. It will be an adventure! :)
